Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 7-10 days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be minimal.
The Shipping Process (in Working Days) Is as Follows:
Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time
Order preparation
Once your order information is received, we will process the order:
(1) Check the order details.
(2) Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
(3) Check your shipping address.
(4) Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.
Once your order shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

(2) Shipping time
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
US orders
A: Standard Shipping: 7 - 11 days
B: Express Shipping: 6 - 8 days
Canada orders
A: Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 days
B: Express Shipping: 6 - 9 days
Other Countries: please add 5 - 9 days.
Note: The public holidays, destination countries, and couriers will be affected by the shipping time too.
(3) Processing time
Please note that we need 7 - 9 days to process orders as our products are made to order.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Please note: Fluctuating delivery times depend on flight information for the order time. Other remote countries would require more time. We are constantly improving our service, and we will try our best to find more and better carriers to work with.

Delivered
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
* Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Please do not cut the shipping times too close. Postal services are not infallible. There may be unexpected delays. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

Shipping Information
- We offer standard shipping on all orders.
- Orders received on weekdays before 14:00 BST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
- The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.
- Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@menscompressionshirt.com if you have any questions.
Late or Lost Orders
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as MENSCOMPRESSIONSHIRT takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@menscompressionshirt.com within 30 working days from the dispatch date.
If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being incorrect, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost required to resend it.
If you refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from any refunds made.
Items Have Not Been Received But Tracking Shows They Have Been Delivered
This may happen when items are sent to a place of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can submit a missing mail search request through the delivery website. Or contact us for more.
Please note: we do not refund or replace tracked items that show as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as potentially fraudulent. If you are sure that is not the case, please confirm the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a PayPal account. Credit cards are also available.
How soon can I get my order?
• You can check the date you placed your order and refer to the relevant shipping time information.
• You can also track your order. For details, please see “Track order”.
• Generally, your order will be delivered within 13-18 days (depending on your shipping address and the product you take). If not, contact our customer service team at info@menscompressionshirt.com for updates.
